This would be normal, it's ludicrous that customer's (ie the company) should have to pay to have its name on the card for its account.

Thanks for the feedback folks. All new cards now have the company name on as standard if you're a limited company. The £5 replacement card fee isn't to have your name on the card per se. It's for the cost of printing a new card and posting it. 👍

Agreed name on company card should be no charge . I have been asking for this since I opened our company account

I agree with John Paul Reeves. The fees are high enough to cover free cards surely?
