I have the same issue. I was disappointed to realise I cant add a second card after the first one arrived. I may need to close the account and go elsewhere, which is a pity as I use counting up for my other business.

or at least allow card to be added to apple pay so both directors of the company can use it. but please, the app is great but it is very difficult to be with just one card.

Hi everyone and countingup! New to the business world. We become aware of Counting up through advertising as we filed for our new business.

Love the app and flexibility it provides. However, dual/multiple accounts access is a must! I assumed this feature is standard in any bank as i own a personal dual account with Barclays. Without this feature it is becoming frustrating to arrange card payments and update partner on transactions.

Counting up pleas find a solution ASAP to maintain customers.

I'm almost at the point of changing banks. It just does not work for a small business to only be able to have one card. It actually doesn't make sense and it concerns me that this 'bank' may not have the capacity to hold my money. Is it protected under the governments bank crashing scheme of paying out up to £85,000? Not that I have that amount in the account. But the thought of this bank now having ideas above it's station is a huge concern.

Not being able to have 2 card holders is very annoying and becoming a deal breaker
