It would be great to have desktop access to my account rather than just the app.
Support for International Bank Account Numbers to accept payments from abroad. The help section already states that accounts do not currently have IBANs, so this is just to serve as a placeholder for users to vote on.
Add more defined categories
eg Postage, stationery, accommodation, training, insurance. 'Essential costs' is too vague and undefined.
Full extract/details/access for my Accountant
The monthly CSV file is little more than a summary of transactions with none of the notes or attachments included, in fact I note that where you categorise the lines on a Bill differentky, you don't get any category on the extract. This meanst he app does not save me accounting team when dealing with my accountant as I have to either add all the notes back in before sending her the CSV file or spend time working through it with her. Really need you guys to give us a way to share all the data in CountingUp with our Accountant through a more complete extract file or maybe even an additional access to the account that is read only?
2nd business partner access
Really disappointed with this I shall be closing this account and going elsewhere What kind of business account does not allow other businesses partners access
Send invoice from own email address
Some companies reply to emails they are sent containing an invoice, but we cannot currently receive these emails. Also, some companies ignore emails from unknown addresses. Provide the ability to send invoices from our own email address (this might require changes to the DNS SPF TXT entry for the email address' domain to prevent it being handled as spam)
Second tax savings account
I am thinking if there is a way in which I can move money into a tax saving account from here. Such as a thing where I can set it up to send 40% of all money in to be moved to another account. Or opposite where it will only keep 40% of monies paid in here and everything else it pays to my current account
MTD VAT filing
Any business where the revenue exceeds £85k has to be VAT registered. Some businesses need to be VAT registered regardless of whether they earn that level of income because many large businesses will only deal with VAT registered companies. What is the plan, if there is one, with regard to supporting VAT?
