Some companies reply to emails they are sent containing an invoice, but we cannot currently receive these emails. Also, some companies ignore emails from unknown addresses. Provide the ability to send invoices from our own email address (this might require changes to the DNS SPF TXT entry for the email address' domain to prevent it being handled as spam)

To send your invoice from your own mailbox, or view one on your desktop or laptop:
- Go to ‘Email your invoice’ in the Countingup app
- Untick the ‘Send to customer’ box and tick the ‘Send a copy to me’ box.
- Open the email you’ve received and download the PDF invoice attached.
- Go to your preferred mailbox, create an email, attach the PDF invoice and send it to your customer.

Hello, I'm trying desperately to work out how I even do my business invoice from my Counting up account? I can't find any link on the app? I need to attach my logo and start sending from my own info@businessname account. I agree as above. I need to monitor what's going out and in. Also, where do I get a Direct debit mandate so I can send to those customers that have subscriptions/pay regular amounts? HELP

Hanna Fae Planton: in the app, go to Accounting, then Sales invoices. You can put your own email address in the company details then when you Approve the invoice it will be emailed to you. Then you can forward it. Not great, but it's a work around for now. I think Direct Debits need a special licence to be able to issue which PrePay Bank possibly doesn't have. How about recurring invoices, would that help?
